Kate did a great job transforming our backyard. It is a smallish area with quite a bit of decking, involving different levels. An excellent project manager where nothing was a problem and always followed up on matters. We had quite strong ideas of what we wanted and she made some great suggestions to improve on these ideas. Alastair and his great team of guys worked solidly and we are very happy with the finish. They always arrived on time, were friendly and kept the site tidy. They also had to coordinate with The Shed Shop guys who supplied our shed, which had to be assembled on site. They were even complimented by James, of the Shed Shop, on the great support joists they built for it.

Kate was excellent at organising this whole project and her landscapers were also excellent in the quality of their work as well as initiative in dealing with a very difficult site. The project was completed in good time inspite of the various covid restriction in place at the time. They also left the surroundings very tidy. Kate was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Responsive and with a great eye for garden detail. We built a large new deck, installed an outdoor fire and replanted. She went the extra mile to ensure our project was finished quickly and to a very high standard. Great communicator. We would highly recommend Kate.

We asked Kate to do a landscape plan for a large almost unusable back yard with a fairly tight budget. We wanted a deck built, a play area created for the children and some additional privacy. Kate was very responsive to all questions, very upfront about costs, managed all contractors and oversaw the lot. The result has been great; in summer the kids play mainly outdoors and our backyard is very popular with the neighbourhood children! Great added value- thanks Kate. 

I recently listed my house for sale, and asked Kate from Zones to put together a plan to tidy up the front garden and driveway area to achieve maximum impact in a short period of time. Kate did a brilliant job - she has such a good eye and just knows what you should bother doing versus not. Everything Kate suggested looked fantastic, from the driveway and electric gate to the garden beds, ready lawn and planting plan. And to top it all off, Kate is lovely to deal with. Her quiet calm demeanor makes her so easy to deal with. I could not recommend her highly enough. 

We used Kate Ryan from Zones Landscaping when she was first starting out and she did a fantastic job. Her communication and management skills are excellent - she took the worry off our hands and delivered a fantastic result, on budget and on time. She also gave us invaluable advice about which plants would suit our conditions and budget. We highly recommend her.

Just home. Garden looks just AMAZING!!! Alistair and his team are legends. They've even filled the side garden and mulched it. I owe those boys some beers. They've left now but please do let them know how much I love it. They nailed the Buddha and the rock location. Just stoked. LOVE my gorgeous garden. Will buy sprinklers over the weekend so please let me know what type and watering instructions. Thanks so much for your work on this project Kate. A long process but I'm just delighted. Looking forward to some grass too!
