North Shore landscaping specialists Matt and Boyd Gillespie provided this Birkenhead family with a landscape design and build that suited their budget and lifestyle. Seeking an outdoor area which could be easily used and maintained throughout the year, the family trusted Zones to carry out each stage of the project.
Developing a new landscape design
Following an initial consultation, Matt and Boyd worked with the homeowners to create a concept design that perfectly suited their specifications. This was the most detailed stage of the project, as it was important to the team to ensure the materials and costs were the right fit for the homeowners. With a bit of tweaking, an ideal design was achieved.
Durable decking
Composite decking was installed, which is renowned for its durability as well as scratch, mould and fade-resistance; meaning the homeowners won’t need to worry about painting or staining the deck in the years to come.
A new lawn
Synthetic grass was also laid, removing all maintenance surrounding muddy lawns, mowing or weed-eating. Instead of spending their weekends taking care of their outdoor space, they can now spend them relaxing and entertaining.
