Although this North Shore home already had all the foundations for an outdoor entertainment space, it needed a new design and planting plan to help create defined areas to entertain guests and relax. Zones landscaping specialists Matt and Boyd Gillespie were brought in to develop a detailed design to update the overgrown and antiquated back garden and pool. They went on to clear the original landscaping and installed new Kwila decking, pine retaining, planter boxes, refurbished the pool area with glass fencing, fixed coloured concrete patios, an alloy louvred roof with aluminium framing, and finally, updated the property’s planting and gardens. The project took 2 months to complete and the final cost came to $100,000. Take a look at the gorgeous result.
Landscaping specialist Judd Stratful took only 6 weeks to update this Rodney backyard; which included building a deck around the pool using garapa decking timber, constructing a small house around the pool pump, installing black aluminium fencing that met local pool regulations, and retaining the lawn area to give it an infinity lawn feeling. To wrap up, she framed the property with planter beds, and planted & mulched the garden to include fruit trees, coprosma, pleached ficus tuffi, and Corokia Geenty's Green hedging. The full project cost $60,000. Check out the attractive relaxation space.
